Sling Your Baby classes are designed to help the parents of young children keep active and get fit while caring for an infant or young child.
Classes are for caregiver and baby (worn in any type of baby carrier), from 6 weeks post-partum to pre-walkers, even for toddlers that enjoy being carried! The class is 45 minutes in duration. Classes include a warm-up, simple dance technique, lots of movement, a dance combination, partnering your baby, stretching, and lots of fun!
The classes promote bonding with your baby and building trust, while babies begin to learn rhythm and dance from your movements, and you get some exercise!
