The information gathering session: health and exercise history, discuss fitness and lifestyle goals, do a body fat analysis and take circumference measurements, test muscular strength and endurance and joint range of motion. We use the information gathered in this session to design your fitness, weight management or yoga program.
In the fitness training sessions and yoga sessions we build on the information gathered in the consultation and evaluation session and work towards your fitness goals. We also address new concerns as they arise.
Includes: consultation/evaluation session, 4 follow-up training or yoga sessions, 2 phone lifestyle consultation sessions, and food diary / fitness journal.
