Our goal is to bring fitness and well being to you by helping you to incorporate healthy living into your daily life with a blend of exercise and yoga, lifestyle change and dietary guidance. Wellbodyfit aids clients in identifying their goals and then designs personalized fitness programs to help achieve these goals. Exercises used range from traditional weight training to core training to yoga poses and breathing practices, as well as incorporating tools such as therabands, jumpropes, and stability balls.

Lynne Wells is the founder of Wellbodyfit. She is a personal fitness trainer with over twelve years of experience helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Fitness Trainer and as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. She is an IDEA Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer and an IDEA member since 1996. She is also certified in MAT isometrics. She holds Yoga certifications from Integral Yoga Institute and Om Yoga.
Lynne has taught modern dance in New York City and in Vermont, as well as internationally in Brazil and in Switzerland. Her choreography has been performed in Brazil, Switzerland, and New York City. She designed the Sling Your Baby Dance Class after the birth of her son Mateo. The class is designed to help mothers fit in exercise while still caring for the newborn, baby, or toddler.
